Its December 2009

Man, it has been long time x update this blog.

well, it just a thought for this post. Holiday activities are: 1) Jogging! :D 2) READING! 3) Revising 4) etc.. you name it.. ;D
The activity i enjoyed the most is no 2! huhu.. reading! My mind wouldn't starve in this holiday coz i already schedule the menu :D.
Here are some of the books i read and gonna read:
1) How to Work a Room
2) The Secret of Mind Power
3) Kejayaan lebih mudah daripada Kegagalan.
4) Sudahkah anda bertemu Mariam?
5) Cracking Creativity

Not bad isn't it? Well, ive finished reading some. :D and its not im going to brag but Congrats to myself.Whee~ Anyways, having myself reading those books somehow .. well, not somehow but those pieces of words there changed the way i think. though it isn't all part of my thinking but its worthwhile babe!.
Reading those books is actually for my next final year preparation. Well, im gonna be the senior of the school and yes, of coz i gotta make the most of my times there. most of my friends (who currently furthering their studies in U/College) said: Enjoy school life before its too late to do so. huhu.. and because of their precious and not gonna waste their saliva and even their energy (kcal), so i decided to meek their words.
well, actually not just these friends who extend the 'joy of school' my parents even said so. Again, without any doubt I'll try to enjoy next final year of schooling. :D

Backdated to last month- November, the rain fell almost everyday and much to my excitement (to jog) , the rain falls kinda frequent this month as well and i uttered dismay. I just started JOG *can you believe this?* on Dec 1st and hoping to make it as routine. Unfortunately, rains fell down heavily on the next few days. Only today i managed to jogging with Ayad. Luckily, i can bolted out from bed though it isn't as easy as it is. you know, waking up in the Saturday morning.. hu2..

2010: SPM. SIJIL PELAJARAN MALAYSIA. i have to understand and 'fear' (in positive way) of that WORD. again; SPM! =.='.

I must say that i agreed with Arvin's words. Though we don't really like 'changes' yet we have to face it and try to get into it. but , hey changes aren't things that we should be afraid of. Its a natural process. Frankly, from previous experience, i can say that changes could make us lose few things we treasured and on the bright sight, it also could give us wholesome new things.
When it comes to 'changes', Red Ranger is lingering in my mind. haha.. .>.<

Well anyways, I've created some vows for next year which i should follow and obey. I've listed few of the vows in a piece of paper and i should give a final touch-up. Gonna add few more. Ya must be pondering what are the vows? Well, they are closely related to my life of course. haha.. CAUTION: Don't you ever disobey your very own vows because they might hurt you. seriously, no joke. *from a friend's experience.. hehe..
Hmm.. Have you ever listen to 21 Guns by Greenday? Give a listen to it. It is a nice song and the lyric is cool babe! Ayad didn't like it but its the other way round to Aman. He likes it. hoho.. Ayad laughed when I stated that it is a nice song. ARGGH! :P Meet me halfway by BEP, Down by Lil Wayne feat Jay Sean, Taylor Swift's aren't bad though. Kinda nice one. :B

Just to share: JOGGING!? Jogging is a beneficial activity that should be in everyone's routine. It can help to minimise the risk of getting dangerous diseases like heart attack, obesity etc.. How it helps? Well, when we jogged our hearts pump the blood even faster than the normal rates. Thus, the bloodflow in ourselves will flow smoothly. Warming up and cooling down process is very essential before and after you jog. Your mucle need some 'acknowledgement' before starts working. and if you are still figuring out when to start jogging and you still find the exact time to do so, my advice is: START NOW not before its too late. :D
So, come on, starts a new routine. Jogging!
Minds are like parachute. They can only fuction well when they are opened. So, in order to 'open' you mind, a good recreation should be practice. :D
