Merah Darah: Kem NILAM - Bukit Badong 07-08/07/09

ooohuuuii!!
what a tiring day! at 8:10am me, uma and pn Aznin went there by a red hot car, Peugeot. reached there at 8:45 am something.
i was like wanna to throw out.
the road is narrow and totally like a drunk snake.
huhu.. as soon as we reached there, we went to the registration table and registered.
( what else we can do at the registration table, right?.. haha..).
the schedule started with "Ice Breaking' session. but, frankly, i don't think it was an 'ice-breaking' session. i, myself don't know what actually the Sir wanna do.
we guessed some animals pictures and watched
some kinda-funny videos and THATs it!
maybe, MAYBE that's his way of conducting
an ice-breaking session.
huhu.. whatever it is, my group was ok. after the "Ice-Breaking" session,
we had our brunch; bihoon and Milo.
( p/s: the milo not as cool as Maju Ahmad but was kinda ok. |bersyukur..huhu..| )
the following was a talk on reading and its technique.
this session was a little bit and huge gave me
such useful tip in reading
and it was good! i can build up the lesson in my daily habits then. huhu..
after having lunch and solat, all participants
sat for a writing exam.
three question were given.
we have to compose an essay based on one of
the topics given. i chose the topic on
'Perluasan penggunaan telefon bimbit; mengapa dan kesan-kesannya.'.
i got 17 out of 20. it was kinda good for me. huhu..
following:need to be in the Audio room again for
fill-the-folder-session. the folder should be filled with
details and Nilam certificates,
exams' slips and other related certs.
after the filling session ends, we've been divided into 2
groups (for secondary level.
I'm not sure for primary. and not really care. haha..)
Uma and I were in the first group. after the division,
all the secondary participants need to go
downstairs-waiting to be called for an interview.
everybody seemed nervous and anxious ( me either!).
we don't know what will the questions gonna be. maybe
some of them knew for the past experience but yet, the faces of
anxiousness were clearly seen. ( yelah, sape tak nervous kan?).
i got the 3rd queue after Uma. the essay i received entitled:
' Pengunaan Blog; Dimanakah remaja?'.

i was like WOW! and Alhamdulillah.
i got something that 'close' to my heart. haha.. im a blogger, kan?! huhu..
well, basically the essay is about the uses of blog and why teenagers
do not really interested with BLOG. they prefer facebook,friendster & etc.
huhu..

after gone through the essay thrice, i was called by the teacher
to enter the interview-room.
i walked gracefully and confidently ( eceh, perasan pulak. huhu..)
and greeted the teachers.
i was doing great in the room-i guess.
lots of question were asked and i was so eager to answer them all.
|credits to my family especially Dad+mom+along!|
they helped me spiritually inside the room.
haha..
one of the queries was: tell the latest book you read and the synopsis+author.
i chose Disgusting Facts!
i am so in like with this book.
i elaborate on this book. just imagine..
me, talking about disgusting facts in front of two people who
judge the qualities of Tokoh Nilam.
haha..
~alright~
and at a moment i was speechless when they asked "who's the author of this book?"
"err...hmm.. i forgot. im sorry. but i remember the publisher- Parragon." i answered with
the heart jumping like hell.
haha..
not like hell actually. just jumping...
after answering questions and both teachers said: "alright, you may go.".
but..
guess what...
instead of going out just like that..
i took the opportunity to ask the teachers with
few questions bugging my skull.
and i asked.
they were like OMG!
why this girl asked me ?? who's actually in interview??
haha..
after they give answers i wanted, i walked confidently to the door and
twist the knob and....
what else!
keluar lah!

i don't have the 1st day pictures coz i din bring along camera. so,all i have are me-in-pink-pictures.
hmm.. doesn't matter.. after all, its my latest uniform..haha..
hmm..
the second day started with Jejak Maklumat activity.
i did a silly mistake for not being such an attentive participant. i brought my group to
incorrect library. and that makes my group x get the top 3.
lol..
huhuhu..

Flame of the forest, lily and etc.
well, frankly i x know other flower except roses and tulips.
x all i knw.
the folllowing: Sing-the-Nilam song!
the song was kinda nice one.
and there's a guy sang the song heart hitting-ly.
hilarious!
totally a-stomach-wrecker!
haha..
while all the participants were busy singing the song,
my name and other two girls were called and we ought to
go to a room
for second interview.
this time around the English interview.
im the first call-out.
again! i walked confidently and gracefully to the room and sat properly.
Mr. Chandra (the one who interviewed me.) asked me whether can i minimise the silly mistakes i did..
and this is what my answer;
well, sir, i can't promise but
i will try my best.!
lol.
thats it!
then, he asked me about my family background and etc..
. enough with the interview.
after lunch, we all have to do some rehearsal for the closing ceremony.
got two performances; one from secondary school and the other from primary.
the primary: a story-telling entitled 'Aku sebuah mesin jahit'.
lol..
the secondary: a pidato entitled ' semangat patriostisme........'
i forgot.
lol.. (da tue . hoho..)
anyways, the closing ceremony was quite ok since i got the 'title'.
huhu..
